General

These terms and conditions govern your use of Buck’s Pizza's services, including dining in, takeaway, Mailing list and participation in promotions. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

Ordering & Payment

  • In-House and Takeaway Orders: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments.

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are accepted but must be collected at the agreed time. We cannot guarantee freshness if collection is delayed.

Dog Policy

We welcome well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs into our premises. Owners are fully responsible for their dogs at all times. They must ensure their pets are kept on lead at the premise and that their dogs are under control and do not pose a risk to other patrons, dogs, or staff. Any mess or accidents made by dogs should be cleaned and placed in appropriate disposable facilities such as general waste bins.

Buck’s Pizza accepts no liability for any incidents, injuries, or damages caused by dogs on the premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law. By bringing a dog into our establishment, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to assess whether your dog is suitable for the environment, which may include other dogs in a confined space.

If an incident occurs involving your dog, you may be required to leave the premises, and any necessary actions will be reported to the appropriate authorities if required.

Promotions & Discounts
 

Promotions, discounts, and loyalty schemes are subject to specific terms outlined at the time of the offer. They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Buck’s reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

Returns & Refunds
 

Any concerns regarding your order must be raised with a member of staff immediately upon receipt of the food.

For takeaway orders, issues must be reported within 30 minuets of collection and the item must be returned.​

Refunds or replacements may be considered at our sole discretion if there is a verifiable issue with the quality, preparation, or accuracy of your order.

Partially or mostly eaten items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement unless clear evidence of the issue is provided (e.g., foreign objects, undercooked, incorrect order).

We do not accept returns of food items simply because of a change of mind.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with taste if the order was prepared correctly and in line with our menu descriptions.

Takeaway items that are not collected at the agreed time and lose freshness due to delay are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.

If approved, refunds may take up to 3-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Buck’s Pizza reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if it is determined that the complaint is not genuine or falls outside these terms.
